(Manhattan), Northeast Suffolk, Northern Nassau, Northern Queens,

* IMPACTS ...Across much of the area, widespread minor urban and
riverine flooding is expected, with a localized flash flood
threat. Across Southern Connecticut, scattered instances of urban
and riverine flash flooding are likely. Large stem rivers in
southern Connecticut are also forecast to go into minor flood on
Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS ...
- Across portions of Long Island and Southern Connecticut, 3 to
5 inches of rainfall is likely, with locally 6+ amounts
possible. Elsewhere, 2-4 inches is likely. Most of this rain
will fall in a 12 hour period.
